RECOMMENDATIONS
These are some recommendations to keep the lubricant in good condition and extend the service life of your tortilla-making machine when applying the product.
Keep the product at room temperature.
Mix the product before applying it.
Apply the product in hinges and chains.
Gradually apply the product, in small amounts and in a uniform manner, on all chains and hinges of the machine by the end of the day while the hotplates are cooling.
Apply the lubricant every 60 hours of work or every 15 days.

To optimally apply the product, you must use a brush that is 5cm wide at the most and the bristles must be trimmed by half to have better control when applying the lubricant.
CORRECT LOCATION TO APPLY THE PRODUCT
The lubricant is especially designed for the chains of the hotplate (hinges). Due to its thickness, the lubricant pours over the bolt and prevents noise and premature wear when it comes in contact with the heat of the machine.
CORRECT TEMPERATURE TO APPLY THE PRODUCT
The temperature of the machine is important to apply the product. Therefore, the right time to start applying the product is a few minutes after having turned the burners off, when the machine is semi-hot after being in operation.
CORRECT WAY TO APPLY THE PRODUCT
Mix the product well before applying it. The lubricant is ready to be used and no other substance should be added since it would prevent the product from working properly in your machine.
Once mixed and with the hotplate chains in motion, apply the product with the brush in small amounts and in a uniform manner. The product should be applied to a complete cycle of the chains. In other words, you should finish applying the product in the same spot you started.
